Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 7 business days.

Shipments or deliveries also occur on weekends or holidays. BarMade will contact customers by email if we are experiencing a high volume of orders that may cause some delays.  

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order are displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days. Items shipped via freight may be longer
  • Shipping is only within the continental United States
  • Items shipped via freight or over a 2lb weight are not deliverable to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
  • Delivery within 100 miles of Concord, New Hampshire is available at a flat rate of $75.00
  • Local pick-up may be requested at help@barmade.co
  • Customers have the option of arranging shipping details at their own cost

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Customers will be notified by email of shipment confirmation and tracking number.

Damages

BarMade is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Customers outside of the continental United States must arrange shipping at their own cost.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

BarMade is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
